Not Eligible for Refund or Free Replacement

Refunds or free replacements will not be issued in the following situations:

  2. Recipient unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery
  3. Customer orders incorrectly or is dissatisfied without product defects
  4. No issue reported within 60 days after delivery

Return Policy
